MEET CHEF MIKE

Meet Michael Lee, better known as “Chef Mike,” the heart and soul behind J&M Dockside. Established in 2024 and located at the Clinton Town Marina in Clinton, Connecticut, J&M Dockside is built on more than 35 years of Chef Mike’s passion, experience, and love for the food industry. Throughout his career, Chef Mike has had the privilege of serving as a chef at the University of New Haven, working with Sodexo Food Services to serve colleges throughout Connecticut, leading kitchens at the Lyme Academy of Fine Arts in Old Lyme, and preparing memorable meals at Basta Trattoria in New Haven. After decades of honing his craft and creating food that brings people together, Chef Mike is proud to bring his passion, creativity, and dedication to J&M Dockside. Every dish is made with care, and every guest is welcomed like family.
